Broken Vows

How does this happen? More importantly. Why does it happen. You find someone and you spend every moment with them and soon realize that you need more of them. You want to make a stronger commitment to prove your devotion. You transcend every obstacle to keep your love intact and close. You consent to exchange vows of faithfulness. But after life runs its course and responsibilities and other commitments take control, you soon find yourself slowly pulling apart. Things that used to bring you together no longer have the affect it once did. The attraction has slowly dimmed. The wife aches to be loved and cherished like," Once Upon A Time". She recalls how he chased her heart and now he runs away. The pain and the feeling of abandonment is so strong. The wife shares her feelings, he apologizes yet, his heart  is still distant. She is not the queen she once was to him. There is a void and a spiritual disconnect. The wife feels so unloved. She soon discovers totally by chance he has shared his heart with someone else Signs were all there, but it's only now she is reading them. He has shared his lips with someone else and to make the wound deeper it is with a friend. The betrayal is overwhelming. What happen to the love? What happened to the commitment? The vows have been broken.
